I have duties as head of household that I have to fulfill. This wasn't a very easy decision but I do have to nominate 2 of you for eviction.
With that said, I'll pull the first key

Sorry Will, you as HOH will not vote. This is All-Stars and we feel we needed a nice big All-Star shocker in the final three. The plan was that the HOH would have no say. Much like the final four HOH, the decision is out of their hands.
The jury will now decide who will be the last person to join them. You may campaign to them, but ultimately they will decide.
