Houseguests - the power is up for grabs!
As outgoing HOH, Alison cannot compete. As per a previous competition's stipulations, Scott & Jessica will sit out. Also due to her being in Blueberry Islands, Chelsia is also not competing.
April, Dan, Nakomis, Nick, and Will - each of you step onto a star platform and hold onto the pole. Yes, folks, it's time for a test of ENDURANCE! This challenge is very simple. You just have to hold onto the pole and not fall off onto the mat below.
You will do this challenge on your own time. So, when you're ready, make a new thread in your Diary Rooms marked HOH #8. You will be posting *Holds on* exactly 5 minutes after every post.
You must be exact. If you post early or late, you will lose. There is NO EDITING. And more importantly - NO DELETING. If I see edit tags on any of your posts - that will be your last post. I will also be checking the security log frequently for people deleting posts in their thread.
You have 24 hours to start this competition. You do not have to finish within 24 hours, however.

I'm putting it out there right now for whoever is competing in hoh. If I were to win hoh and you want to be safe, you must do the following things by 12 EST tonight.
1. Tell me you are not going past 4 hours.
2. Tell me exactly when you start.
3. Tell me exactly when you stop.
4. Tell me exactly what your total time is.
5. Tell me a funny joke, and I must lol.
Do those above 5 things, and when I win hoh you will be safe pre veto and post veto. Lie about any of them or don't complete all 5 of the tasks, your ass will be considered to be thrown up on the block.

The competition is on. Nick, Nakomis, Will, April, and Dan are hanging up on their stars. One of these All-Stars is going to fight hard to be the next Head of Household, but who will it be? The stars start to orbit around the device holding them up. It goes up and down all around like a merry-go-round. Everyone hangs tight as "shooting star" material shoots out onto the houseguests. Everyone looks strong but without warning, one person makes one slip and goes falling onto the mat below. Everyone looks down carefully to see who fell at the 9 minute mark... *Nakomis is eliminated* One is down, four to go. But it's only the beginning. 10 more minutes go by. We appraoch the half hour mark and the four still hanging on look strong. We approach 45 minutes, all four are still up there. We approach one hour. One hour in, all four are visibly trying in this competition. But with fatigue setting in, one false step and you will fall. And just like that, five minutes after the one hour mark, someone comes crashing down to the mat taking it down to three. *Dan is eliminated* The endurance beast is out early which is a surprise, but goes to show that one mistake can cost you. April, Will, and Nick remain. 10 more minutes go by. Another 10. Another 10. We reach 1 hour and 45 minutes in. Will is visibly getting fatiqued and tired, but hanging in there. April looks strong and steady. Nick also looks very strong and confident. As we get one hour and 50 minutes, one hand comes off the chain, another goes flying, and down goes a body. The two remaining look each other in the eyes knowing they're the only two left. *Nick is eliminated* It's down to the final two - April & Will. Who will prevail? Both hang on as tight as they can. The stars continue to orbit. We pass the 2 hour mark. The 3 hour mark. These two both clearly are in this to win it. Fatigue sets in. Will power becomes manditory. Do you have the strength to go on? One of them does not. At 3 hours 35 minutes, one final star has fallen. One still stands - and folks....we have a new HOH....  Congratulations Will, you are the NEW Head of Household! |
